Adding candidates to a job is faster

Candidates land on the job sooner

Select candidates, choose Add to job, and pick the job and stage. RecruitIQ now sends up to 25 candidates in one request instead of one at a time, and answers as soon as they are saved on the job. The same applies to Add applicants and Add to job from a job pipeline.

The candidate-added email, the recruiter notification, the partner update and the activity history are written right after, usually within a few seconds. Candidates already on the job are skipped, as before.

Boundaries to know about

Moving a candidate with a rejection message, overriding an application’s eligibility and adding from resume intake still finish every step before answering. If a save cannot be confirmed, the remaining candidates are not sent, and you are asked to check the job before retrying.
