Faster saves and loads across RecruitIQ
RecruitIQ now keeps its connection to your workspace data open between requests, so saves and page loads spend less time waiting on the network.
Less waiting on every save
Adding candidates to a job, moving pipeline stages, saving candidates and loading lists all read and write your workspace data many times per action. Each of those steps used to open a fresh secure connection first. RecruitIQ now reuses open connections, so each step skips that setup.
You do not need to change anything. Actions that make many reads and writes, such as adding candidates to a job, should see the largest difference. Exact times still depend on the action, the amount of data and service availability.
Nothing else changes
Permissions, duplicate checks, notifications and what each save does stay the same. If a request runs out of time, you still see the same retry message as before.
