New jobs now suggest AI-matched candidates

After you create a job, View matches opens candidates ranked by AI against the job, so you can add the best fits to a pipeline stage or email them right away.

What changed

After you create a job, View matches now opens a list of candidates ranked by AI instead of a list based on the department. Each candidate is scored against the job title, description, skills and location, and shows a match percentage with a couple of short notes on why they fit.

Select the candidates you want, then add them to a pipeline stage or email them using the same actions as before. Candidates already in the job are left out of the list.

How to use it

Create the job, then choose View matches on the confirmation. Ranking starts as soon as the job is created and runs in the background, so the first results can take up to a minute. The dialog shows its progress and fills in as candidates are scored. If ranking is still running after a couple of minutes, open the job page, where the matches will also appear.

Boundaries to know about

Only candidates with a processed resume or profile can be ranked. Your location rules still apply to eligibility and ordering: for example, people beyond a commute radius can rank lower rather than being hidden. The list shows the top matches rather than everyone in your database, and the department match count in the job form is unchanged.
