One format for Candidates, Jobs and Companies
Candidates, Jobs and Companies now share one layout, one View menu, and a new Companies table with contracts one click away.
Three lists, one layout
Candidates, Jobs and Companies now share one layout. The title, search, filters, table and row height sit in the same place on all three pages, so switching with Shift+1, Shift+2 and Shift+3 no longer makes the page jump.
Moving between the three lists now stays calm and your eye stays in one place.
One View menu for every page
List and Table are now a single View menu in the top bar. It shows the current view, and a small menu lets you change it. Your choice applies to all three pages, and everyone starts in Table.
A table for Companies
Companies now has a Table view. Use Columns to choose, reorder and resize the columns, and filter by Location, Sourced by, Contract and Jobs.
Add Company now opens the add form directly. Send contract, Import contract PDF and Invite company moved into the ⋯ menu beside it.
Contracts one click away
Every company with a contract on file shows a contract icon in its row, in both Table and List. Click it to open the contract in a side panel without leaving the list.
Smaller changes on Candidates and Jobs
On Candidates, the resume icon is always visible, and Quick view has its own column at the end of the row.
On Jobs, Location and Last updated are hidden by default so the table fits without scrolling sideways. Both are available in Columns. Column choices you already saved stay as they are.
Filters on Candidates and Jobs are reordered so Location comes first.
How to use it
Press Shift+1, 2 or 3 to move between Candidates, Jobs and Companies. Use the View menu at the top right to change layout, Columns to change columns, and the contract icon to open a contract.
What to know
List view keeps each page’s own row layout, so the three pages match exactly in Table, not in List.
Companies has no saved views, and no row checkboxes or bulk actions.
The contract icon appears only when a contract is on file. It does not show contracts that were sent and are waiting for a signature.
