Scan team activity emails by action and role

Activity subjects show who acted, the action and the role, while the first line explains the change and your own actions stay out of your inbox.

Know which activity needs your attention

Pipeline and job activity emails use subjects such as Recruiter · Pipeline Shift · Senior RN, followed by the candidate name when one is available. External recruiter activity keeps its External Recruiter prefix. Candidate names also appear in the message; missing names are not replaced with an email address or record identifier.

The first line names the person and describes what they did, such as moving a candidate from Submitted to Interview. If the actor is unknown, it says A team member. Candidate names help distinguish updates about different people in the same role, but repeated updates for the same person may still share an inbox conversation.

Receive activity from teammates

You no longer receive an activity email about your own action, including through monitoring copies. When an external recruiter submits a candidate, eligible internal teammates still receive their notifications; only the person who performed the action is excluded.

No setup is needed. Existing organization notification categories and audience choices continue to decide which teammate activity you receive. Review them in Settings → Email Settings → Organization notifications.

Keep existing recruiting workflows

External recruiter submission updates and job notices retain their existing wording. Digests, reminders, invitations and other transactional emails also keep their current formats. Candidate creation and resume emails from other intake paths may retain their previous format. This change does not resend past activity or change app permissions.
